Tbh not sure not seen them on sale anywhere since they sold out
Make and offer I'll see if I'd be willing to sell for that or not
To be fair I think it'll rocket in price as its so limited from highland park |

Thanks for the offer but I don't think £130 is a good deal
£120 at auction plus the comission people pay
I'm currently watching one on whiksyhammer and its at £150 wig over 3 days to go
Might just have to keep this one for myself |

You don't get the commission. You have to pay commission as a seller, a sellers fee, which can often be up to 20% of the hammer price. Plus you have to pay for secure postage on top.
So if you sell for £120 you'll likely only get around £90 in your pocket.....which makes an offer of £130 a good deal
Even at £150 you're still only looking at pocketing £110/£115

Yes I know the auction gets that's but just meaning as far as I can see people are paying a lot more than £120
Look at whiskyhammer the bottles is now £200 was £150 earlier with three days to go even with comission etc still more than the £130
Thanks for the offer but as I said mate. This is Maybe one I'll keep for a few years |

Fair enough!
Just think it's a shame we have 'whisky fans' looking to profiteer off a bottle someone who is looking to actually sample and enjoy the thing.
For that £75 outlay you'd be making a cracking return. |

| You also have to remember as the weeks pass more of these will appear at auction and the price will start to drop. If you're in it for profit which seems the case then its best to sell asap. |

| I'm not sure how many will come up for sale.. A lot will wait for the full series £130 ain't a bad return but I can see your point in waiting.. And as long as your happy to sit on it then no problem.. Price might go up a little more.. Then stick look at snow Phoenix.. |

A don't think that's a fair comment you don't really know anything about me I drink whisky and if you were really wanting to sample it why not buy it when you seen it at the auction for £120
I know best time to sell would be now as its when the hype for the bottle is at its highest but I think it's one I'll keep |

The last dram..
What you have to understand is this forum is a place for all whisky lovers, the majority on here but whisky to drink, some buy it for collection and some buy it for profit.. Some people on here take offence to the profit side.. It's something you have to get used to !! I buy to drink and collect, some will be bought for profit too.. Don't take it personal when some don't agree with you wanting to make a profit.. It's going to happen, in the end we are all here to enjoy whisky.. That is the most important part in all this.. I hope whatever you decide to do you get out of it what you want ! |

I can see why they would do it as there's mixed opinions on the selling whisky
But as if everything in life there's a choice no one has to buy if their not happy with the price etc, no one knows why the person sells the whisky for far more than it's worth and I know a few people who sell the whisky and the profit then goes to charity's etc so not as clean cut as people think |

| When I sell whisky, it is always to fund other whisky purchases. It is the only way that I can now afford to explore older vintages. I personally don't think that's wrong. If others do, I respect their opinions. |
