Whisky Forum - Successful Selling? or not

Hi

Just wondered if anyone ever actually sells anything on here as none of the posts have stated the bottles have sold as per the forum rules. Any input would be great.

I have bought a few bottles but haven't tried selling. Many of the listings are users who probably don't bother to mark there whisky as sold.

Thanks for the response, I have a couple of rare bottle that I am thinking of putting up for sale however posting them is illegal isn't it? or is there a legal way to ship it.

To post within the UK is ok, overseas depends on the country you want to post to and the postage service you use.

Have you tried one of the online whisky auctions such as scotchwhiskyauctions.com or mctears.co.uk

It's always worth posting to see what interest there is, you might find a buyer close enough to meet, thus saving on postage and fees , what have you to loose ?
