Bit unsure what to do if anyone can help or been in this situation.
I ordered a bottle of Kavalan Solist from Maltsandmore in Germany last week, all went fine and was sent signed for delivery and tracked. Was due today from Parcelforce and made sure someone was in to receive it. Went on the tracking information and have seen that it was signed for (By an unreadable signature) in the name of N10. No red slip to say it's with a neighbour nothing. There no Number 10 on are road and no neighbour has it. Pretty sure it's gone. Who's responsibility is this, Parcelforce or Maltsandmore? Im a bit lost what to do! |

It's parcelforce's responsibility. The seller pays for a courier service, it's been delivered to the courier and they are now bound to deliver it and fulfil their part of the process. They have failed to deliver it.
It can be signed for by a neighbour but you should have a card confirming that. They can just drop it off somewhere and expect that to be fullfilling a designed for delivery. Contact them and explain.
I get a lot of stuff through parcel force and they are always very good so I'm sure they'll.sort it for you. _________________ "Too much of anything is bad, but too much good whisky is barely enough." |

As others have said contact parcelforce.
I wish whisky shop websites would offer you the option to be delivered to the addressee only or return to delivery depot or local post office. |

| Thanks all, I've contacted Parcelforce and they said they will resolve it. I'll contact maltsandmore too. There out of stock of it now so I'm fairly gutted. Hopfully Parcelforce can find it, if not a refund it'll have to be. |

| Got a knock on the door by a lovely elderly chap who told me it was dumped on his door step on the other side of town. Really kind of him to bring it around, really unimpressed with ParcelForce. Got my Kavalan ! |
