Several of the single malts (2 of 3) that will be presented at my single malt club's next tasting and dinner in April were just announced:
ISLE OF ARRAN SINGLE CASK 53.7%, Sherry Hogshead 18 YO Only 232 Bottles
BERRY’S MILTONDUFF Single Cask 55% Bourbon 19 YO Only 174 Bottles
Anyone familiar with these? Comments? _________________ "Always carry a large flagon of whisky in case of snakebite and furthermore always carry a small snake."

I haven't had the pleasure of these Murray but they should be interesting being single cask expressions and bottled at what looks like cask strength. _________________ There's no bad whisky. Just good whisky and better whisky. |

| The Arran 18 should be interesting at that strength if it is from a good sherry cask, I am assuming it is an indie bottling. |

| I had an 18yo single barrel sherry cask from Douglas Laing and it was pretty Damm good.. They have some good wood at Arran distillery.. |
