Kavalan Solist Sherry Cask

What are you thoughts? I'm a massive sherry bomb fan and yet to try this, but everything I'm reading about it really is ticking all the boxes for me. Has anyone tried this, and any thoughts on the price/age?

I know it's more of a tropical Materation process so the cask influence is quite strong in a small about if time...but the awards/blind tasting is all fantastic

If you like heavily sherried malts, you will probably like it.

For me is simply overcooked. Lacking of all those sherry oak notes, malt is getting from prolonged maturation (and I like ex-sherry casks).
