| I'm curious to see what a $1000 bottle of whiskey has over my favorites. Any local(s) want to go in halves or split 3 ways? |

| I have had a few bottles of the Macallan 25 over the years and all have been good, they have varied form good to absolutely outstanding. The way prices have gone now you are paying a huge premium for the rarity of the whisky not for a big increase in quality. |

Makes sense.
I found that the Library Bar at the Warwick Melrose Hotel in Dallas serves Macallan 25, so I may just try it there. |
