| i have a bottle of 1945 macallan pure highland malt scotch whisky, bottled at 80 percent proof in 1920 by cambell hope and king ltd elgin, can anyone in the know give me any idea what its worth in todays market? thanks. |

Hi Dave, as you probably know this bottle would probably be worth a considerable amount but i wouldnt even like to take a guess at a valuation as i may be way out. Have you tried contacting the likes of The Whisky Exchange or McTears auction house in Glasgow who specialise in rare whisky. They will both know the current market well and should be able to give you an estimate of value.
