Hi

I have a rare 30yr old bottle of Bowmore Sea Dragon whisky in a ceramic bottle with presentation box and that is signed by Ian McAllum the master blender and Eddie McAffer the distillery manager. Bottle is sealed and all in mint condition. Looking to sell this. If interested please email me at paulmcc05@aol.com

Cheers

Paul

I see The Whisky Exchange has one on for 1250 British pounds if that's the same one. Just an observation. 1960's casks involved in this expression.

Hi thanks for that. Yes it is the same bottle. This bottle was bought at the distillery many years ago and it is the bottle that has been signed by the master distiller and distillery manager. The signatures are on the ceramic part so could be easily removed if not seen as a asset to the bottle. Bottle is sealed and in original box and has been stored upright in a dark cupboard (to stop me opening it!!) This bottle is now becoming very hard to come by and is unusual as the bottle is ceramic. It's currently selling for £1250 however I am looking to sell for £750 delivered.

Regards

Paul

The fill level in these is often low.
YOu should swish it around and describe your opinion.

Ceramic bottles are often very porous and the evaporation can be pretty bad over the years.
