Rare Whisky investment is outperforming gold, wine and equities according to whisky analyst, broker and investment company Rare Whisky 101. In a record year for the rare whisky market, the Rare Whisky Apex 1000 Index (an in index created by Rare Whisky 101 to track the value of rare whisky) closed 2015 up 14%.

Ah but even poor quality old aged art increases in value, if it's be the right people. Some of it frankly hideous....it aint bought to be looked at, hell, most if it's locked up in storage to keep it mint.
Commodities....people buy and sell bloody anything these days.
(and no, I don't agree with it!!! Drink the stuff!)
