Hi all,
I will be honest, I'm not a huge whiskey fan so I'm purely here for a bit of advice.
My granddad passed away recently and left me a bottle of Glenfiddich Queen Mary 2 Single Malt Whiskey.

I've looked online and the price seems to fluctuate between around £600 to £2500.

I am after a bit of advice of the best place to go to sell such a good bottle so I can be sure I'm getting its true value?

Any info whatsoever will be greatly appreciated,
Thanks in advance,
Matt.

Here's a bit of price history on this one.

As is often brought up on this site, selling of premium or super premium whisky (like yours) is often done through auction sites in the UK such as Scotch Whisky Auctions.
"True value" is a relative term and prices returned in an auction are determined by who the bidders happen to be, what they are ultimately willing to pay and how much they really want the bottle, among other things. In your case, a reserve bid would be in order and important I think. There are also auction costs etc. which you pay for. Good luck.

Very Happy
