I found these two bottles in store and price is the same. Whats is difference between them. Is any of them older. On the Ballantine's web site there's no Ballantines 12 pure malt. Is he discontinued?[/img]

The whiskies will have been the same just a change of how they were described. They stopped the use of the term Pure Malt some time ago this was replaced by the term Vatted Malt and this was replaced by the term we use now, Blended Malt. Although I believe the Ballantine's Blended Malt has been discontinued now.
