I have a cask approaching it's 10 year maturation and will shortly be ready for bottling. If bottled at cask strength it is likely to yield approx 275 bottles (700ml) at 63%abv ( or 350 bottles at 50%abv )
The cask is a Fresh Bourbon Barrel and the whisky is non-chill filtered and unpeated.
I would welcome interest from Societies or other parties regarding disposal. Own label design is also possible at this stage.
Any suggestions from forum members are also welcomed.
Many thanks
