We have a bottle of Johnnie Walker Old Highland Whisky White Label, it also has an old paper protector around it (although the paper protection has 'White Horse Whisky' written on it so it may well be from another bottle.) Unfortunately the wax seal has cracked and broke, although we still have the top with the metal stamp and the cork is not touched. The bottle has been stored upright in the drinks cabinet.
From a little research this bottle was produced between 1906 to 1908.
Unsure of if/how we can put images up on here but photos can be sent. Located in Chichester area if you would like to view. Offers or any help on valuation or more information invited.
Many Thanks,
Chris |

| If the seal is broken then I'm afraid that will have a very dramatic effect on the price. Post up pictures if you can or include a link to them and we can have a look |

| Whilst the seal is missing and yes that will affect value, this would generate some interest on the market. The bottle (without its contents) is probably worth a few quid. |

Prior to 1909 the three main brands from John Walker were: Old Highland Whisky, Special Old Highland and Extra Special Old Highland. You should reach out to the contact in the archive department for Johnnie Walker by just contacting JW and ask that your query be sent to that person. _________________ "Always carry a large flagon of whisky in case of snakebite and furthermore always carry a small snake."
