I just noticed a new offering at the LCBO here in Ontario, the Tormore Distillery 14 YO Speyside Single Malt at 43% abv. Interesting that it is going for 41 British pounds in UK and actually only 34 pounds equivalent here. Go figure A bargain! Anyone familiar with this one?

Very Happy

Had a dram when was introduced last year after repackaging. I wasn't really impressed and never bought a bottle. Preferred their 16yo but I'm not really fan of the distillery.
There should be slight deviation among rather small batches.

I have had the old Tormore 12 year old which the 14 and 16 replaced, it was nothing special, Morrisons supermarket used to stock it here and sold it for around £21. I haven't yet been inspired to try the 14 or 16 given their price and the fact that I considered the Tormore 12 as only an ok cheap malt.

I have a bottle of the Tormore 14, an easy to drink sweet, malty citrusy whisky, I cant fault it and would score it 85/100
