I was given a present of Paddy Old Irish Whiskey (Triple Distilled), Cork Distilleries Co. today from a friend who doesn't drink whisky who was given it as a gift from another friend. Hence, re-gifted to me.

Actually, I had never heard of this whisky before though I understand now it has been around for some time. The bottle looks different from the one offered at The Whisky Exchange. This one says "Old Irish Whisky" below "Paddy". Looks like it is an older version? I understand this whiskey was typically aged for up to seven years. I don't expect to drink it but it makes another tidbit for the collection.

Anybody familiar with this particular one with the Paddy Old Irish label?

Grants correct the label was changed in 2013, I recall because at the same they added some flavoured whiskies to their range which I reviewed

Thanks William. That clarifies the situation. Great reviews as well!
