I attended a wedding yesterday in Toronto with about 150-200 guests. I have rarely been at a wedding reception where there was such a great selection of single malts and scotch blends flowing all night: Glenrothes, Glenmorangie, Macallan, , Glenfiddich, Johnnie Walker and more. The bartenders did not use any measures but simply poured large neat portions. The meal, band and dancing were great too.
