| All in the tasting but I know many have opted out of the ballot as they consider £99 too much for a smaller bottle. |

I've opted out. Not only is it stupidly priced but they want me to enter a balot to see if I can have the chance to buy one. They're taking the p1ss. Keep it. _________________ "Too much of anything is bad, but too much good whisky is barely enough." |

| They do look expensive when compared to some of Laphroaig's previous offerings, but when compared to the market right now, a 21yr old premium branded whisky at cask strength, for a £198 equiv a bottle is probably quite good value....can't believe how expensive aged whisky has become. If you're buying to keep should do OK value wise, if you are buying to drink, I hope that it's as good as the rest of their usually excellent offerings. |

Unfortunately it's the way the industry is going, there seems to be more smaller bottles and higher prices, I'm sure the laphoraig fans will be happy, is it worth it ? Only if you think it is.. |
