It is rare that an online retailer merits "five stars", but HofRW certainly does.
Prior to placing my order, I asked lots of questions (not least because I was nervous of buying from the European Mainland). Each email was courteously and fully answered.
On the Saturday morning that I ordered, I received confirmation of posting within two hours together with a tracking number. My package was delivered to my UK address just six days later.
Packaging was really excellent. Both bottle and original distillery presentation box were perfect.
Fabulous service. |
