2 dashes of Abbots Bitter
Egg white
Topped with Australian Woodstock 20 years
Peat Beast Old Fashioned
60ml Peat Beast
5ml Dry White Port
1/2 Cane sugar cube
6-7 dashes of hop and grapefruit bitters
Served with a burnt orange peel
Tipple of Peach & Peat
50ml Kilchoman
5ml Peach Liqueur
5ml Sugar syrup
10ml Amaro Del Capo
