Anyone in the UK bought from this company. If 'yes', what was your experience?

I'm in the US not UK but I just made a pretty large order (2000 pounds or so) and had a really really good experience.
There was an issue and when I raised it I got an instant refund I did not even expressly ask for it just pointed out that there was a discrepancy.
I highly highly recommend.
