Two really different flavor profiles. I think the most important question you need to answer for yourself is: to peat or not to peat?

One is a really fresh, clean slightly fruity whisky with loads of barley, well made and great for that price....the other is Bowmore.

Different drams as others have said. Both ok drams for the money, both worth a try, personally i prefer the Bowmore 12 over the Bowmore Small Batch. The Glengoyne 10 would be my choice between these 2.

The Bowmore is awful - you'll be disappointed by it - no wonder its going cheap.

Glengoyne much better in comparison.
