Whisky Forum - Going to special invite tasting tonight

I was put last minute on a deluxe tasting and dinner event by invitation only tonight, Friday. They are keeping the list of 5 single malts secret until tonight but they are supposed to be premium and up drams. 80 invitees. Will report back tomorrow. Wish me luck. The convenor is a real connoisseur of single malt scotch so I'm hoping for some stellar drams.

Murray I had a look through you tasting notes for the whiskies you had last night, some very good whiskies, I am sure it was a good night. It is just the Tomatin 1989 G & M Connosisseurs Choice which i am not familiar with, all the others are outstanding drams.
