Here are my own taste notes from the event last night:
Nose: Touch of cream soda, almond notes, floral, hint of pine nuts and evergreen, citronella, butter cream and a dollop of rum and raisin ice cream.
Palate: Quite drying, bold coffee notes and an oaky emphasis.
Finish: Long, oak and cedar chest, hint of leather and late milk chocolate.
Rating:88
***There is some real uniqueness with this one. The contrast from nose to palate is really marked.
