I have a bottle of Crawfords 3 star Whisky.

It is obviously quite old and was handed down to my late father from his uncle.

The label has the following written on it.

Extra Special Very Old Scotch Whisky(with LIQUEUR in red across that)

I can only find a few pictures on google of the bottle but it looks exactly like the one on this link http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=http://www.whiskyparadise.com/public/30B_P1010030_w.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.whiskyparadise.com/looking_details.asp?offset%3D7140&h=600&w=238&tbnid=dUNPG_WhV3OZiM:&zoom=1&docid=CzJyabq89HE2lM&itg=1&ei=LdboVMCPF4OAaf6ggOgI&tbm=isch&ved=0CCMQMygCMAI

It dosent have the label around the neck like the picture and it dosent appear to ever had one.

Anyone got any idea of value? I may be prepared to sell it as it has no appeal to myself!

The Crawfords 3 Star whisky although interesting doesnt fetch much at auction or in private sales here is an example which sold for £19.25 and remember auction costs and postage costs to get the bottle to auction would make the profit on the bottle much less, perhaps why we see very few of these coming to auction.

I'd be interested depending on the asking price and where the bottle is now. Photographs would be handy to determine the condition and fill level. Generally these old blends offer more sentimental value or tasting experiences than financial gain.
