You will be lucky, the most i have seen the Glenbridge 40 year old fetch at auction is £270 and the folks around here will know that.
You may want to reconsider your pricing, here is some examples of what this whisky fetches

and remember you would have auction fees to come off which is usually considered when selling privately. |

Yes, this whisky isn't rare with 4000 bottles from memory being released across the Aldi stores. What made it so popular was the opportunity to experience a 40 year old for £55.
Prices on this one have remained fairly constant around £250, minus fees etc, £200 is probably a more realistic asking price and represents a good profit (if you bought it originally at retail) of a bottle that lacks a true distillery name on the label. |
