A former Liverpool city bank is set to be transformed into a specialist whisky bar and restaurant.
Plans for the old HSBC on the corner of Leece Street and Rodney Street have been submitted to the council.
The bar proposal is the latest in a series of regeneration plans for the area as the Leece Street and Hardman Street area continue to capture the imaginations of entrepreneurs and developers. _________________ "Always carry a large flagon of whisky in case of snakebite and furthermore always carry a small snake."
