Fans of the Isle of Skye Blended Scotch Whisky will be pleased to hear that to toast the start of Scotland's Year of Food and Drink they have announced the launch of two new limited edition expressions, an Isle of Skye 18 year old and Isle of Skye 21 Year Old.



The Isle of Skye 18 year old has a RRP £85 and the Isle of Skye 18 year old has a RRP of £125, both are available from Harrods and the Isle of Skye Blended Scotch Whisky online shop.

I do like the Isle of Skye 8 year old, not as peaty as it once was but a cracking blended whisky. I think i would have to sample the 18 and 21 first though before paying these prices, although i am sure they will be very good if the 8 year old is anything to go by.

Totally agree Grant the Isle of Skye 8 year old is very good but i would have to taste or read some good reviews to justify the price tags on the 18 and 21 or am i getting way out of touch with pricing these days.
