What I am referring to here are OB single malts that have really jumped in value since their release in the last few years. Many of these are only now available in auction sites or private sells in Europe.
I just noticed that Bowmore The Devil's Cask Batch 1 is still yielding auction results of 200 British pounds and up.
The Glenfiddich Cask of Dreams Canadian and USA versions continue to fetch significant prices on European auction sites.
What others? _________________ "Always carry a large flagon of whisky in case of snakebite and furthermore always carry a small snake."

| There is Glenfiddich snow Phoenix , anywhere from 18,000 to 60,000 bottles released, sold for £50 not going for anything between £220 and £300 a bottle... It's good but is it that good ? 😳 |

Ardbeg Day feis ile 2012. I bought a bottle for £55 in 2012 and last year I saw it twice at auction at over £350.
.....but then Ardbeg collectors are nutters.
7 fold increase in 2 years..... _________________ "Too much of anything is bad, but too much good whisky is barely enough." |
