Research on Scotch Whisky

Hello all,

My name is Pedro Mendonca, and I am a Researcher at the University of Strathclyde and Marie Curie Institute. I'm currently doing a research on this fascinating world of Scotch Whisky. I'm specifically exploring the way work is done in distilleries and cooperage sites - the way work is organised, how workers do their jobs, what are the main pressures they feel, etc.

I was looking for:

. whether someone know somebody who works in distilleries/cooperage sites;
. whether is a worker and is interested to talk to me about the mentioned topics;
. any tip or contact;
