Glengoyne sell full casks if that is what you are looking for.

May be wrong, but I believe Bruichladdich sell casks too, as do Arran.

In terms of empties; contact your nearest (or any) large distillery. Many want to get rid of spent casks....ones that are fully dead and of no more use. It costs them money to dispose of them, unless the use them for fuel. Pay shipping costs and you may get one for free if you are charming.

I might add that some (Bruichladdich for example) sell casks of new make, the idea is that you buy the cask and they keep it and age it and you have it when you want it. Obviously there is a cost for the aging too which has increases with time.

I am investing in casks at the moment

Cask sales from the following

Arran (price rise imminent on casks)
Glengoyne
Eden Mill
Ardnamurchan
Glasgow distillery company
Strathearn
Arbikie

Distillery taking notice of interest

Kingsbarns
Gartbreck (not yet built)

This is off the top of my head will check later

Also whisky broker is worth a shout

Edit
If it is empty whisky broker may also be worth contacting.
