Is this the one?- for sell at The Whisky Exchange:

"A 25 year old bottling of Springbank, specially released to commemorate Frank McHardy's 40 years in distilling. Presented in a delightful wooden box, each of the 610 bottles is individually numbered and signed by the great man himself".

Don't think so! I believe there is only 180 bottles in the UK with 1200 worldwide but can't seem to find much about it!

Not heard about this but I hope you have deep pockets if you're thinking about it as the recent 21 year old wasn't cheap so haven knows what the 25 will go for. 25 the oldest they have done? I know they did one back in the 90's.

Springbank ain't really my bag.

There is a 32 knocking around from some years ago, black label I think, mid 90's or a bit later

There are bits of information floating around. This is from Connosr:
"It has gone through Bourbon cask, two sherry casks and Port pipe Maturation:.. at a release price of £350 and just 800 bottles for the UK market:"?

Just got the following from Springbank

This is a limited release of around 1200 bottles world wide (180 for the UK). Made up of Bourbon/Sherry and then married in Port Casks. It will have a retail price of around £375.

Hopefully this will be available from around the 19th November.

Kind regards

Grant
