Whisky Forum - help required

Hi folks,

I'm looking for some help. A friend has asked me to get him a bottle of Bowmore from a duty free shop which I cant remember the name of but he claims its similar to a Laphroig in taste. Unfortunatly I cant get a hold of him.

Anyone have any ideas which one it couild be?

Bowmore travel retail exclusive whiskies are Bowmore Black Rock, Gold Reef and White Sands 17 Year Old. Do any of them ring a bell. There is some info on them here http://www.scotchmaltwhisky.co.uk/bowmorenewtravelretail.htm
