We're pleased to invite you to our Whisky Library night at The Lord Wargave. These will be every Monday evening, starting at 7.30Pm.
This is a great opportunity to try, taste, and learn about our great Whisky selection (200+)
Some of these nights will be hosted by some special guests, coming straight from the distilleries to share with you their passion and knowledge.
Here's the program for October :

Monday 6th : Come on board for a tour of Scotland with 5 drams from each region : Glenkinchie 12yrs for the Lowland, Edradour 10yrs for the Highlands, Campbelton with Springbank 10, the mighty Islay icon Ardbeg 10yrs and Speyside's Glenlivet 12yrs. A great way of understanding each area's style and personality. £20

Monday 13th : Rachel from Pernod is Showcasing some of the best malt from their portfolio : we'll try their famous blend Chivas with the 12 and 18yrs, Strathisla which is one of the main single malt used for their blend, and we'll finish with a special Glenlivet! £20

Monday 20th : Let's take a look at the impact of wood on the final product. We'll try 4 classic dram with a surprisingly different finish. We'll be tasting Glenlivet 15yrs French Oak Reserve, the amazing Auchentoshan 3 Woods, the unique Balvennie 14yrs Carribean Rum, and Lagavulin Distiller Edition £22

Monday 27th : A one not to be missed : we've invited Enricco Gaddoni from Nikka to come and tell us everything about some of the most famous Japanese Whiskies £22

These events have a limited capacity, if you wish to attend please let us know by email, with your name, which tasting session and how many people you are coming with. The entry fee is per head and covers all the whiskies tasted during the event.
