|
|
Hi
I have received a bottle of the new Bowmore Black Rock which is exclusive to travel retail and I thought that it would be interesting to send out some small 50cl samples of the new whisky to a few of the main contributing SMW forum members and all I would ask in return is that you email or PM me your opinion on the new whisky and I will add your review to the site.
I thought it would be interesting to get a few reviews of the whisky from members but I would ask that you don't post your review on the site but send it to me and I shall add it to the site, this way no one is influenced by other member's opinions.
This should be interesting to see the results.
Obviously I can only get so many samples out of a bottle so to be fair I selected a list of active contributors on the forum then put the names in a hat and drew out a few to receive samples.
I have PM'd those which have been selected and would appreciate if they would let me know ASAP if you wish to receive a sample and where I can send it so that I can get it organised and get them in the post.
Those of you who should check your MESSAGES are listed below, apologies to those who's name didn't come out the hat.

| Sadly nothing in my message box. Be interesting to see a few reviews of a new whisky from a griup which has nothing to gain from giving a good review as i suspect some of the whisky bloggers out tere sit on the fence and do nothing but reword the official tasting notes. Enjoy all, i hope its a good one. |

Very generous offer, William, especially given the postage costs involved and gleefully accepted. Thank you. PM sent.

| I'm sure it will be a great dram, it will be interesting to find out what people think, alas I'm far from a Bowmore fan ( can't find any pleasure in peaty / heavy smoke Whisky) so good luck to those of you that get to sample this.. It's a very kind thought from William , |
