"The world's first private equity fund investing in premium single malt whisky, known as the Platinum Whisky Investment Fund, has raised US$4 million and likely to reach its goal of US$10 million by June 2014, the fund's scheduled launch period".

| is the high end whisky going to continue to rise in price over the next 7 years? A bit of a risk i think, depends on their connections and what price they are picking up the whisky for then in seven years time are they going to flood the market with high end whisky to give their investors a return. |

Thats's a cool $1,804,325.44 Canadian Dollar equivalent that the collection sells for. That's a lot of " big ones, dime, clams, fivers, greenbacks, moola, scratch, shekels, somoleons, wampum"; all of which mean money.
