New York City's Explorers Club is suing Diageo, the parent company of Johnnie Walker for using its name on its Johnnie Walker Explorers' Club Collection travel retail exclusive range of blended whisky which it launched with Johnnie Walker Spice Road in 2012.

opps, looks like some marketing people didnt thoroughly check out the name, could be costly for Diageo if they were to loose this.

There would be an awful lot of bottles to remove from shelves if they lost this.

Oh well, the lawyers on both sides will get even richer and indulge in only the finest single malts as a result....no blends for them.
