Hello everyone,
I am going to begin my adventure with whisky, but I don't know which one to choose. Which one would be perfect for beginner. I'd prefer only Scotch whisky and from £10to £18 per bottle. Please help me
You will not find many single malt whiskies in the £10 - £18 price range but if you shop around you may find some. I recommend looking in the Whisky Offers & Bargains section of the forum. This is where forum members let others know of any good offers they have found usually in the big supermarkets such as Tesco, Asda and Sainburys.
At present a very good whisky which i would recommend is Highland Park 12 year old which is on offer in both Tesco and Asda at present. This is an excellent all round dram which is ideal for anyone new to malt whisky. Aberlour is also on offer for about £17 - £18 in most of the big supermarkets, this is a very good sherried whisky.
Any one of these 2 whiskies are ideal for someone venturing into the world of malts for the first time and they both just about fit into your budget.

Hi pedro
Those are 2 good suggestions John has made you cannot go wrong with Highland Park or Aberlour both great malts. I would always suggest Highland Park 12 year old to anyone new to malt whisky.
