Just wondering if anyone can shed some light on the following

I have recently acquired a bottle of R J B Partners single Malt Scotch Whisky

Distilled 1988

Other Label detail

Product of Scotland

Bottled for R J B Partners, Little Manor, Widemouth Bay, Bude, Cornwall EX23 0AQ

55.3% vol 70cl

I live in Bude and so am intrigued by this bottle, any info would be greatly appreciated!

The bottle you have has probably been bottled by an independent bottler for the what i would guess is or was a local company in Bude "R J B Partners, Little Manor, Widemouth Bay, Bude, Cornwall EX23 0AQ". Have you checked out this address or company to see if it still exists.

It may also say on the bottle who it was bottled by which may tell you what whisky is in the bottle. Does it say anything else on the label/bottle?

It is also possible just to buy whisky with your own personalised label on it or simply add your own personalised label to the bottle, many companies do this to give to workers, customers or clients as gifts. Perhaps this is what you have.
