Auchentoshan heartwood was aimed at the travel retail side, matured in American bourbon casks and Spanish Oloroso casks.

Nose.. Light oaky scents, vanilla coffee, and dried fruits, it also has a fresh citrus scent but not massively strong,

Taste.. Sweet and rich vanilla notes followed by dried fruits, orange, dates, and spices,

Finish.. It has a medium finish, rich spices but soon goes dry,

A nice release from Auchentoshan, feels young and fresh, a typical toshan...
