Here are my taste notes for Jura 1993 17 Yr. Single Sherry Cask, Boutique Barrel, Cask Strength at 54% abv.

Nose: An elegant nose blossoms with sultanas, lichee nuts in sweet syrup, nectarines, fruit jelly and cherry cream.

Palate: A rush of sherried fruit, spicy pumpkin pie hits the roof of my mouth followed by a secondary flash of strawberry rhubarb pie.

Finish: Lingering, a cornucopia of pleasant spices, cinnamon, apple n' spice blast and a wonderful after-taste.

This expression is a real winner. It has it all. The sherry here seals the deal in every way. Folks, you won't be disappointed with this one.

Sounds interesting, is this the same as the bottle of Jura 1993 Sherry Ji Finish available at The Whisky Exchange?
