Neat-
Nose: Kippers, smoked salmon, smokehouse hues, blood oranges and marmalade.
Palate: Citrus, spicy oranges and limes, warming and cream soda.
Finish: Long, citrus, smooth, mint julep, spice with hint of spearmint.
A few drops of water brought out caramelized onion on the nose, spicy butterscotch on the palate and spicy toffee and caramel on the finish. _________________ "Always carry a large flagon of whisky in case of snakebite and furthermore always carry a small snake."
