My taste notes for Clynelish 15 Years Cooper's Choice 1997(sherry):

Neat-

Nose: Honey, cherry blossoms, sherry essences, banana-strawberry melange, hint of pineapple, vanilla, fruity, celery heart and toffee.

Palate: Creamy, spice, orange marmalade, warming.

Finish: Lingering, spice, orange peel, hint of walnuts, wild berries and salt.
