Here are my taste notes for Glen Keith 19 Years Cooper's Choice 1993, single bourbon hogshead, 46%abv-
Neat-
Nose: Honey-dew melon, lichee nuts, anise and licorice.
Palate: Spice, pepper, green chili, dark chocolate and mocha combination.
Finish: Long, spice, dark chocolate and nutty.
A very fine dram from a silent distillery. _________________ "Always carry a large flagon of whisky in case of snakebite and furthermore always carry a small snake."
