My Taste Notes for Murray's Blended Malt Scotch Whisky

Here's my first taste notes for a vatted malt for personal use that I concocted just for fun (the recipe described in another Forum section):

Neat-

Nose: Infusion of omnipresent cantaloupe, honey and wild flowers; fruit parfume, sweet maize, banana and sherry notes, sweet smoke, peat mixed with fruit cocktail, lichee notes and rum and raisin ice cream.

Palate: Warming, rich and creamy, super smooth, spiced honey, sudden billowing peat, cloves, pepper, bonfire smoke, mouth-fillling, cedar chest closet note and waft of light menthol.

Finish: Long, peppermint, rising oak notes, spearmint gum, hint of menthol, dark honey, clean and fresh like new forest wood and light fresh varnish.
