The scotches for my single malt club tasting and dinner on Tuesday here in Ontario were announced.
Ardmore Highland Single Malt 46% Non-Chill filtered Peated Double Casked Matured
Springbank 12 YO Cask Strength
There is also a Macallan but it is a unnamed surprise...hope its a good one. _________________ "Always carry a large flagon of whisky in case of snakebite and furthermore always carry a small snake."

Sounds like it will be a good night. I agree with Innes the Springbank 123 cask strength is very good, a a lovely rich orangey expression of Springbank with just a wee touch of smpke.
