Bowmore releases a very rare limited edition whisky, the Bowmore 1964.
Bowmore 1964 is a limited edition of only 72 bottles and has an and has an RRP of £8,000. It was bottled 42.9% ABV and will be available from specialist whisky retailers from July 2012.

I am sure it will be good as old Bowmores always seem to be very highly rated |

I bet that's quite a winner. Being a peat aficianado and Islay fan, the complexity of the dram would be very neat to try. Like others have said, a lottery win would be a pre-requisite for buying that one. Here in Canada it would mean winning the Lotto Max. Nice to dream....
