Neat-
Nose:Citrus, summer salad with vinagrette dressing, light honey, nutty wine.
Palate: Turnip, candied yams, salted peanuts.
Finish: Salted butter, corn on the cob, pickling spice hues, brine, seaweed, stewed fruit.
With Water-
Nose:Rose petals, carnations, marmelade, nutty, floral, meadow, hayfield, sweet, pears, meringue.
Palate: Spicy, salted nuts, touch of ginger.
Finish: Spicy, creamy, hint of pepper, salty chips.. _________________ "Always carry a large flagon of whisky in case of snakebite and furthermore always carry a small snake."
