Whisky stops aging when removed from the cask and put in the bottle so your bottle will always be 21 years old.
Spey have a website
http://www.spey.net/the-whisky/single-malt/reserve-21-yr.html
I havent come across this whisky brand before but from what i can make out from there website they are an independent bottler which has only been around since 2010 although there website would give you the impression that it was a distillery bottling and that it has been around since 1770. Not impressed with there marketing at all, never heard of there whisky |

| This Spey website does give the impression that it is a distillery, quite misleading really. There target market seems to be Taiwan |
