I opened a bottle of anCnoc 12 tonight.
When I opened it, the cork actually popped out and a bit of "gas vapour" came out of the bottle.
Does anyone know what that was about or what it means? |

| The pop was probably a build up of pressure , caused by an increase in temprature that caused the liquid to expand and pressure retained by seal in the stopper. yours Bodger |
