| A local distillery which is capturing attention here in Ontario, Canada, not that far from Toronto is Still Waters Distillery in Concord, Ontario which is producing Single Malt Whisky. Check out their website by googling the name and location. |

I believe it is the end of this year for the first release of their own single malt whisky. I haven't been there but I would like to tour the place this summer. They already produce award winning single malt vodka.The micro-distillery was founded by Barry Stein and Barry Bernstein.
